When you use offline tracking GPS, your GPS will record all the way points. Then it will be download to PC or laptop for viewing. You can't track it on real-time but you still can simulated it later with certain software.
Real time GPS is more reliable if your want to track and monitor your love one...or use it to monitor your employees.
